    Senior Digital Marketing Executive

    We are looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 4-6 years of experience in the digital marketing field.  

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a high level of market research, strategy development, and creativity to enhance our brand's presence and achieve our marketing goals. 

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
    • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, adapting strategies to reflect changing algorithms and audience preferences.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights in the digital landscape, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, and proactively suggest adjustments to strategies.

    Acting as a Product Owner (PO), this role will be attached to the Product Management Team. The PM team is overall responsible for high-level product strategy & vision, maintaining & updating the product roadmap, lead problem discovery to understand customer needs, and current challenges, and work closely with design and engineering partners to come up with solutions.

    • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deep dive into day-to-day product development and testing activities
    • Thorough product/feature testing from an SME perspective
    • Maintain a log of customer feature requests and develop user stories for engineering
    • Maintain & update the knowledge base for rotating/static equipment & packages
    • Maintain & update knowledge base for instruments & electrical items used in packages
    • Hands-on experience of 5 to 10 years in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, LNG, and offshore industries
    • Open to transition to the IT/Software development field
    • Must have completed multiple engineering cycles from MR preparation to technical bid evaluation & vendor collaboration for rotating equipment & packages. Basic knowledge of static items is an added advantage
    • Tenacity to drive the product and ability to balance stakeholder input against business priorities and scheduling/resource conflicts

    As a Sr Software Engineer, this role would be attached to the Product Engineering Team which is responsible for architecting and developing Front End components that adhere to the product requirements. This role will be responsible for developing and testing the product for resilience, performance, and functionality.

    • Designing & Developing user-facing  applications using Vue.js
    • Participate in Product Discovery - Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test
    • Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code
    • Architect application for maximum speed and scalability
    • Participate in Code Reviews, Design Reviews and drive best practices
    • Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Vue.js and all project dependencies

    • Responsible for architecting and building solutions based on technical and business requirement
    • Innovate, prototype, and iterate solutions to achieve Product Requirements in iterations
    • Own the development, unit tests, documentation, contract exchange of user stories assigned to them
