    Senior Digital Marketing Executive

    We are looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 4-6 years of experience in the digital marketing field.  

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a high level of market research, strategy development, and creativity to enhance our brand's presence and achieve our marketing goals. 

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
    • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, adapting strategies to reflect changing algorithms and audience preferences.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights in the digital landscape, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, and proactively suggest adjustments to strategies.
    • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, using data and research to inform decisions.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, employing a diligent and detail-oriented approach to iterative testing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including content, and product, to create landing pages and optimize user experience, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
    • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, incorporating feedback and analytics into marketing strategies.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer behaviour, competitive landscape, and emerging digital trends, using this information to inform marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying challenges and opportunities, suggesting and implementing improvements to digital marketing efforts.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio in SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and a good (or basic) understanding of Hubspot.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in utilizing major analytics and reporting tools.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging campaigns.
    • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Hubspot).
    • Skills in creating and optimizing landing pages and user funnels, with a keen eye for detail and usability.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    Software Engineer (Vue.js)

    As a Sr Software Engineer, this role would be attached to the Product Engineering Team which is responsible for architecting and developing Front End components that adhere to the product requirements. This role will be responsible for developing and testing the product for resilience, performance, and functionality.

    • Designing & Developing user-facing  applications using Vue.js
    • Participate in Product Discovery - Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test
    • Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code
    • Architect application for maximum speed and scalability
    • Participate in Code Reviews, Design Reviews and drive best practices
    • Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Vue.js and all project dependencies
    • Building modular and reusable components and libraries
    • Develop web pages using modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, CSS frameworks, JavaScript/Typescript, Axios
    • Work with backend developer to integrate system RESTful API
    • Debug and provide timely fixes for production issues
    • Follow relevant and good coding & security practices
    • Relevant work experience of 6 - 8 years in Front End Technologies
    • Proficient with atleast one of the Front End framework such as VueJS, ReactJS, AngularJS
    • Experience in VueJS ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js is a Big Plus
    • Experience in JS, HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/Vuetify/Quasar)

    Software Engineer (Python)

    As a Software engineer, the candidate will be attached to the Product Engineering Team which is responsible for architecting and developing backend services that adhere to the product requirements. This role will be responsible for defining, architecting, and developing the product for resilience, performance, and functionality.

    • Responsible for architecting and building solutions based on technical and business requirement
    • Innovate, prototype, and iterate solutions to achieve Product Requirements in iterations
    • Own the development, unit tests, documentation, contract exchange of user stories assigned to them
    • Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and executing the development plan effectively
    • Regular collaboration with product management, Quality Assurance, and design teams to understand the functionality and the user requirements
    • Hands-on development experience of 5 - 7 years using Python
    • Experience in backend frameworks eg. Django, Flask, etc
    • Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases
    • Good knowledge in ORM/ODM
    • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures 
    • Proficient in OOP, including design patterns
    • Be familiar with HTTP/HTTPS communication protocols
    • Understanding of Javascript and HTML
    • Experience in writing unit test cases, debug code, code review
    • Version control: Git
    • Understanding of Docker, K8S, AWS, Boto3

    Mechanical (Rotating/Packages)

    Acting as a Product Owner (PO), this role will be attached to the Product Management Team. The PM team is overall responsible for high-level product strategy & vision, maintaining & updating the product roadmap, lead problem discovery to understand customer needs, and current challenges, and work closely with design and engineering partners to come up with solutions.

    • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deep dive into day-to-day product development and testing activities
    • Thorough product/feature testing from an SME perspective
    • Maintain a log of customer feature requests and develop user stories for engineering
    • Maintain & update the knowledge base for rotating/static equipment & packages
    • Maintain & update knowledge base for instruments & electrical items used in packages
    • Hands-on experience of 5 to 10 years in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, LNG, and offshore industries
    • Open to transition to the IT/Software development field
    • Must have completed multiple engineering cycles from MR preparation to technical bid evaluation & vendor collaboration for rotating equipment & packages. Basic knowledge of static items is an added advantage
    • Tenacity to drive the product and ability to balance stakeholder input against business priorities and scheduling/resource conflicts
    • Passion for user experience and a relentless pursuit of a delightful experience
    • Strong operational and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple projects while following through on plans
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Educational qualification apt for this role is that of a B.E/B.TECH - M.E/M.TECH (Mechanical) graduate
